Application Process and Temporary Permits

A unified online portal will facilitate interaction with industry members. Starting July 1st, 2026, entrepreneurs have 30 business days to submit applications for preliminary licences.

Operators that fail to comply with the transition period rules will need to wait for an open auction. However, the cap on the number of participants has not yet been announced. The tender is tentatively planned for Q4 2026.

Additionally, all previously authorised companies with expired permits have been empowered to continue their activities temporarily. This decision aims to stabilise the industry amid ongoing transformations.

2. According to market estimates, the cost of online gambling certificates may range from $7,000 to $14,000, while the price for physical casino venues is projected to be about $20,000.
3. Furthermore, applicants are required to furnish additional financial guarantees, which serve as proof of serious intent and the capability to cover operational expenditures. The company’s budget must range from $50,000 to $400,000, depending on the business model.
