SiGMA North America 2026 to Focus on the Regulation of the Gambling Industry

The event’s organisers anticipate roughly 4,000 guests, including around 1,000 gambling business owners, over 150 speakers, and more than 200 exhibitors and investors. Almost half of the visitors are expected to be C-level executives.

At the summit, Mexico will be represented by Olivia Salomón Vivaldo, General Manager of Lotería Nacional, which channels niche revenues towards social initiatives, including those focused on public welfare.

Puerto Rico will be represented by Heidi Hernández Olivo, the Negociado de Loterías’ Secretary General, and Edgar Pagan, the Comisión de Juegos’ Deputy Director.

Panama will be represented by Ventura Vega Batista, Secretary General of the Junta de Control de Juegos, the state’s regulatory authority responsible for licensing and oversight of land-based and web gambling.

Honduras will be represented by Lissa Mencía, Country Director of LOTELHSA, which manages eLottery under a state concession and funds national child-welfare programmes.

Launched just a year ago, the Business-to-Government programme has earned broad recognition and is now regarded as highly important for the gambling sphere. The initiative was created to facilitate direct communication among industry representatives.
